IN THE UNITED STATES BANKRUPTCY COURT FOR THE DISTRICT OF ARIZONA

The board at the end of the 2013 included James D. Clark, Dennis Orsi, John Danan, Ed Butowsky, and Dennis W. Miller. Chairman of the Board and CEO was William Brown Glenn. The key issue during this period was lack of financial statements and a professional CFO to manage the company financially.

Ed Butowsky promoted CORE RESOURCE MANAGEMENT, INC. including a video (720 investor) on youtube. Butowsky never disclosed he was a board member or that he had Beneficial Ownership in the Company.
